From starting a market research company called Podengo, to founding the mobile cocktail bar 'Lulu Lush', to her biggest move yet; leaving the UK for the South of France to create a gorgeous retreat - Gemma has done a bit of everything!

The importance of being kind to yourself, especially in a world full of 'should do's' and conflicting information
How easy it is to create a beast when starting your own business, and why we need to tame that beast into a calm puppy so we don't become slaves to our own creation!
